We Should Be So Lucky
Pocket-sized sex symbol Kylie Minogue and solo star Rachel Stevens have been voted into the all-time ultimate fantasy girl band. Feisty US star Christina Aguilera, ex-All Saint Nicole Appleton and the original pop vixen, Blondie, have also been inducted into the line-up. But not such good news for members of the biggest girl band of modern times, the Spice Girls. Both Victoria Beckham and Geri Halliwell were picked to represent the ultimate nightmare girl band. Titanic whiner Celine Dion, diva Maria Carey and spiritually-cleansed megastar Madonna were also voted into the collective.
Some 7,000 readers of Nuts magazine carefully pondered the line-ups for the bands. Associate editor Hans Seeberg said: "We now have the band of our dreams and our nightmares to admire and lampoon"."We hope these pop temptresses will see this and get together to make our dreams come true. With Girls Aloud providing the only eye candy for modern man we have to hark back to a golden era and solo songstresses."

Best Female Artist
Picking up the rear in the glamour stakes were Girls Aloud fillies, dolled up to the eyeballs in candy-coloured mini-dresses. But despite their efforts, they walked away empty-handed after losing out to Rachel Stevens in the best female artist category. Congratulations Rach!

Record Breaker Rachel
LIVERPOOL schoolgirls joined in the fun as pop star Rachel Stevens became a record breaker.
The 25-year-old singer (left) thrilled students at Holly Lodge school in Queens Drive, West Derby, with a 20-minute performance in the school hall as part of a whistlestop tour. The ex-S Club band member ended her 24-hour performance marathon at Great Ormond Street children's hospital in London this morning. Rachel has performed at seven cities across the UK in a round-the-clock tour which landed her a place in the Guinness Book of Records. She started her mission in Manchester before dashing up the motorway to sing at Holly Lodge. Vicki Collier, acting head of music, watched Rachel's performance along with 260 students. She said: "Rachel was absolutely brilliant. She sang a couple of songs and signed autographs. "We put a cover story together so the students had no idea Rachel was coming. We asked everyone to a special assembly and then Rachel came on stage and everyone screamed the house down. "Rachel did a 20-minute performance and had someone with a stopwatch to make sure everything was right. "She really went down a storm. We wished her luck with her record attempt and off she went." Rachel's other stops included a shopping centre in Bristol and a Stoke-on-Trent school.

Cinema Complications
Pop star Rachel Stevens has installed a giant cinema screen at her home because she is fed up of being recognised at her local cinema complex. The former 'S Club' singer ordered 27,000 dollars of hi-tech equipment to be built into her West Hampstead, North London, home after being pestered for autographs by movie-goers.

Rachel's luxurious home now has a movie room featuring 15 seats, soundproofing system, speakers and a huge screen for an uninterrupted theatrical feel. "Rachel gets approached all the time when she's out at the cinema. She doesn't mind that much but just thought it would be nice to sit in her pyjamas and slippers and watch TV and films with friends," rate the music quoted a source as saying.

Pulse Party In The Park
Former S Club star Rachel Stevens, McFly, Darius Danesh, Blazin' Squad, former Savage Garden singer Darren Hayes, Phixx, Michelle Gayle, Raghav, Clea, V, The Noise Next Door, and Fifth Avenue performed at the Pulse Party In The Park in Bingley, West Yorks on Saturday (September 4). Could that be a less-than-perfect tum I spy on Miss Rachel Stevens? The former S Clubber’s waistline looks to be spreading like the rest of us. She still looked great at the Pulse Party In The Park in Bingley, West Yorks, though. And it’s nice to see a star without a washboard stomach.

Rach's up my Streets
She's fit, and Mike Skinner knows it... The Streets star has confessed to wanting to get jiggy with sexy Rachel Stevens. And the Mercury Music Prize-nominated chart-topper claims his girlfriend would have no problem with them hooking up. In the October issue of FHM, the Brummie boy confesses: "I've got a girlfriend but it's a joke with her. She's allowed to sh*g Pharrel Williams from The Neptunes and i'm allowed Rachel Stevens." But don't worry, Rach, he's going to try and curb his Stevens obsession: "It's all right when she's just some bird off the telly, but now I could actually bump into her, it all gets a bit messy."
