Stevens headlined concert pulled
Pop babe Rachel Stevens may have been voted Britain's sexiest woman
but her singing abilities haven't persuaded fans to attend her latest concert, which has been cancelled.
The ex-S Club singer and former UK reality TV star Darius Danesh were
headlining the Waterfront Rock event in Liverpool, England, next month, but the show has been cancelled due to poor ticket
sales.
Only 500 of the 4,500 seats have been sold, however organisers are
blaming the bizarre English summer which has been flitting between blazing sunshine and torrential rain in recent weeks.
An event spokesman says, "Erecting an arena and getting bums on seats
when the heavens are opening is proving too difficult."
A gig insider adds, "The rain put people off, but that can't be the
only reason. Perhaps the pop line-up was not that big a draw."

Rachel Loses Polly Lolly
Poor Rachel Stevens. Just days after her headline gig at Liverpool's
Waterfront Rock event was cancelled due to poor ticket sales, word reaches us that the tiny pop beauty's modelling deal with
hosiery giants Pretty Polly has come to an end.
An insider tells us: "Rachel's gorgeous but using her in the campaign
didn't have the impact on sales people had hoped for. She's very petite and perhaps people don't associate her with sexy lingerie
shoots."
Rachel, 26 and just 5ft 3ins, followed in the footsteps of leggier
models Jemma Kidd and Tania Strecker by signing a £100,000 deal last August. Just three months later she was rumoured to have
upset Pretty Polly execs by posing for a raunchy magazine shoot in a rival company's smalls.
Now her deal has been "phased out" - and we hear the firm has lined
up another pop beauty to take the former S Clubber's place.
"They're really desperate to sign up Jamelia to take over from Rachel,"
our industry mole discloses. She's so hot at the moment, especially after her three Mobo nominations. They're in the process
of thrashing out a deal but Jamelia won't put her name to just any old campaign." Reebok execs are also apparently chasing
Jamelia, 23, for a deal to promote their shoes.

Bad Karma
Former S Club star Rachel Stevens is vowing to never wear a skirt
again after photographs appeared to show the singer with cellulite hit the British tabloids. "I hated it when they said I
had it," she complained. "What girl hasn't got a bit? I've told my stylist no more skirts ever again. I mean I cannot bear
another attack like that."

Mucking It Up In 'Deuce Bigalo 2'
Rachel Stevens was in a mocked-up Venice waterway in Amsterdam to
film 'Deuce Bigalo 2: European Gigolo'. The former S Club star didn't get the usual treatment from the make-up artists. Instead,
she was covered in muck to play Ms. Mud in the sequel to 'Deuce Bigalo: Male Gigolo'.

Cheating Another Love Song
The Mirror
reports over the years there have been some weird and wonderful reasons given to explain away poor performance or embarrassing
behaviour. When Rachel Stevens' album Funky Dory limped into the charts at number 79 her management said it was because she
was a victim of her own success. A spokesman said: "It's just really unfortunate for her that her first song was so popular,
it is still receiving masses of airplay."

Plymouth Hoe
It may have been a cloudy Sunday afternoon, but the stars came out
on Plymouth Hoe. An excitable crowd of more than 10,000 people packed the Hoe promenade for the South West Summer Party. Speaking
to the rain-soaked crowd at the end of her set, Rachel Stevens said: "I just want to say a big 'thank you' to everyone for
staying round in the rain to see me. You must be soaked. "I've had a great time and you've been a great crowd."

Jealousy
20-year-old Amy Winehouse, fast becoming pop's biggest loudmouth,
sneered: (Rachel Stevens, four No1s with S Club and two No2s on her own) "I watch her singing and think, 'F*****g hell, but
at least she didn't write that piece of s**t.'" Perhaps Amy's most honest remark comes when she admits: "I'm slightly bitter
because I haven't sold as many albums as them." Like her album, at least she's frank. To read the rest of Amy bitchy remarks

Duet Or Not Duet..That Is The Question
Louise Redknapp is reportedly planning to make a pop comeback by
recording a duet with Rachel Stevens. The Former Eternal singer wants pop princess Stevens to help launch her new album. "Louise
delayed the release of her new album until her son Charlie was born a few weeks ago", a source said. "She cant wait to get
back to work and is shooting the video for her new single 'Bounce Back' in five weeks, after that she will return to the studio
to finish the album and is thinking about teaming up with another girl on one of the tracks. Louise's people have suggested
a song called 'You Thought Wrong' which featured on American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson's album Thankful. They think it'd
be perfect for Louise and hope Rachel Stevens will agree to the project." Louise, who is married to Spurs footballer Jamie
Redknapp, was voted FHM's Sexiest Woman in the world ever earlier this year.

X-RATED RACHEL
FANS of pop beauty Rachel Stevens had better run to the nearest
cold shower. We can reveal the former S Club siren is planning go all X-rated on us.
The 26-year-old babe, who dates hunky Gavin Dein, was shocked to find
out that her next single - More, More, More - was originally performed in 1976 by blue movie star Andrea True, but added:
"I'm thinking of going porno girl myself.
"My stylist was suggesting kind of retro, kind of 70s, not naked but
porno-esque. I think that would be quite kitsch and cool." Sit back and watch those record sales soar..."

G-A-Y
Sexy Rachel Stevens proves she’s not just Some Girl but a
real woman — complete with cellulite. Rachel, 26, slipped into skintight hotpants and a revealing fringed top to tease
fans at a sell-out gig. And the hint of "orange peel" on show for the first time certainly didn’t put the G-A-Y clubbers
off at London’s Astoria. One said: "She oozed sex appeal. She put her all into it and looked sensational - tanned and
super-confident." Rachel - at No5 with single Some Girls - said recently: "I don’t think I’m fantastic looking.
Sometime I wake up and look dog rough." But the star, voted Britain’s sexiest woman four times, clearly has bumps in
all the right places.
